The bangalore branch of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation Company is recruting for the people who having expereince of 6 months to 12 months can apply for this job and the desired candidates should be BE or B.Tech or M.E or M.Tech in Electronic Engineering or related branches with good communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  1. The applicant will provide characterization - Develop post silicon characterization plan for FIFO and Dual port RAM based products.
  2. The characterization plan should be covering all AC / DC parameters based on product datasheet.
  3. Design and develop ATE Test code / automation scripts required to accomplish complete product characterization.
  4. Manufacturing – Drive Yield improvements, test time reduction and critical coverage enhancement for existing products to meet internal Quality standard.
  5. Devise cost effective assembly and test manufacturing flow for existing and new silicon product to meet industry standard manufacturing cycle time.
  6. Evaluate and propose detailed manufacturing test plan (parameters, production setups) for new products, this also includes designing test hardware boards to facilitate production testing of new and existing products.
