 PC Solutions Walk In Drive For HR Executives - On 6th & 7th June 2013

 * Taking care of end to end company hiring process by coordinating internal and external job postings and review applications and screening for IT as well as other positions.

 * Responsible for screening resumes, interviewing candidates, salary negotiation and hiring new employees (Joining Formalities, generation of appointment letter/offer letters).

 * Coordination for other HR related activities such as training and development, Induction and other employee engagement activities.

 * Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation levels.

 * Salary negotiation & getting candidates on board.
