The Genpact company is recruiting for the freshers or 0 to 36 months ofr experience candidates for the posts of Voice Process BPO U.K. Voice Process to work in Gurgaon ,Delhi/ NCR places of our branches. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  2.  Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
  3.  Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. 
  4.  Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. 
  5.  Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. 
  6.  Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. 
  7.  Provide technical/customer support to the customers... 
  8.  5 days working



 CANDIDATES PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  1.  Any Graduate Fresher/With Experience. 
  2. Graduates withexcellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Should be open to work in Night shifts. 
  4. Responsible for dealing with Clients' Queries (Inbound voice/semitech/Technical procces available). 
  5. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage. 
  6. Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
