The IBM  company is seeking for the freshers or 0 to 24 months of experience people for Tech support jobs to work in hyderabad and banglaore city in june 2013 recruitment notification for B.E or B.Tech or Diploma and Others Degree candidates.

 DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE:

  1. Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
  2. User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.
  3. Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
  4. Should have the awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
  5. Must possess questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
  6. Fluency In Communications Skills (both spoken and written)/ soft skills.
  7. Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in shifts - including evening and night shifts. 
  8. Shifts will 24x7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported.
