The main branch of Tesco Hindustan Service Center (HSC) is recriting for the freshers or 0-experience BSc degree caniddates for the posts of  Associate-Technical Support to work in Bangalore dcity in June 2013 recruitment notification. The candidates should have good communication skills.

DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE:

  1. To provide IT support to all Tesco stores in UK&ROI. It is the first port of call for over 2500 stores in UK & ROI for technical and procedural queries. 
  2. Technical refers to all hardware and software issues that a store encounters on it equipments, systems and applications at the Front-end, Shop Floor and the Back-Office. 
  3. Procedural queries can range from a simple ‘how do I’ query to a more complicated procedure of reconciling the end of day or end of week cash reports. 
  4. Stores Helpdesk is option 3 on Tesco Helpline 55999
