JOB DESCRIPTION:
Install Desktop OS as per requirement ,Add\remove accessories and devices peripherals, configure PC's. 
Installation of Printer/Scanner 
Maintain records of new machines installed, movement of machines. 
Install Load/reload office automation software . 
Handle Printing problems at user desktops. 
Will be responsible to close maximum number of tickets. 

 JOB NAME: Customer Support Engineer (field work Only)

 SAL:  Rs. 7,000 to 12,000 per month.
