JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. The Application Consultant provides support to diagnose and resolve low complexity problems / issues of a business, management or technical nature (Business).
  2. Performs data analysis to support internal or external project needs (Business).
  3. Applies current technologies (e.g. hardware, software, packaged applications, tools) with guidance from subject matter experts to support the delivery of technical solutions (Technical).
  4. Gains basic hands-on experience with standard company desktop tools used to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications (Technical).
  5. Contributes to the creation of appropriate Catalyst work products (business, management, or technically oriented) with guidance from subject matter experts (Methodology).
  6. Supports project management office with data collection and tracking (e.g. issues, project status, time, expenses, task sheets, deliverable documentation) (Management).
  7. Demonstrates professional image and presence; gains confidence of clients, management team and peers (Relationship Management).
