JOB DESCRIPTION:   Eye on glass monitoring, raising tickets for each monitoring Managing multiple monitoring screens Performing the backup activity for servers Access provisioning request to engineers. Timely response to e-mails and requests Customer service: take ownership and manage all support cases via emails/ticketing systems Provide regular updates to end users/requester and close of their queries within agreed timescales. Problem escalation to the second level team and follow the defined process. Attend team meeting and conf call and identify and highlight any issue with process. Must be a team player Working with second level team during major outages.
