Candidates from MS/M.Tech./BE/B.Tech./BS in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from any recognized university. Candidates with fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design Candidates able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform Competent in capacity/PN planning Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination
