- Customer profiling and handling customer queries related with different Financial Product
- Calling Customers and explaining product features of Different Financial products like Insurance (GI and LI), Equity, Commodity, Mutual Funds etc.
- Calling prospective Clients to generate business
- Tele calling with convincing capability.
- Handling objections.
- Service and generating leads & follow-Up with the customer as a part of job.
- Fixing meetings for RM with existing as well as prospective Clients.
- Data compilations as call record.
- Language Preference: English, Hindi, Punjabi
